Hosts responded right away if there was a question and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. The location was excellent - easy to find and on a big lot which made it a perfect house for kids. Able to play outside, ride bikes on the house lot and the road, which was a cul-de- sac. « The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back. »

« We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

« Your lakefront home proved to be as comfortable as advertised: clean, light, spacious and convenient to town. Six of us gathered for a reunion and never felt crowded.
