Das Personal im Hotel Agur war freundlich, jedoch etwas unorganisiert. Mein Einzelzimmer war in miserablem Zustand: Es roch extrem nach Schimmel, den Griff der Balkontüre konnte man in alle vier Richtungen drehen, was ein Verschliessen der Türe unmöglich machte. Die Kloschüssel war nicht (mehr) richtig im Boden verankert und eines Nachts kam mir das das Kopfstück des Bettgestells entgegen.

Location was fantastic, very central and only 3 minute walk to the train station. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.
