« One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. « C'est toujours une bonne adresse pour passer un bon moment à MadÚre. Les prix ont bien augmenté depuis la rénovation. En haute saison, je trouves que le prix est un trop haut. TrÚs bon petit déjeuner! »

« Perfect location, close to the old city of Funchal, the marketplace and the cable car downhill station. If like to workout it's the right place to be as it gives free access to a big gym in the same building. »
