You have to walk thru grass/mud to get to the door, easy to drag dirt in. Justify's cleaning fee maybe. Gutter drain also in the way. Electronic cypher lock on door. Bring a flashlight if entering after dark. Cypher lock is in the shadow of door frame, even if the outside light is on. Inside, the place ...

„This is a great area! It is a private community, and you have to obtain access to enter. The roads are great, and the condo was really good. It is a one bedroom, two bath. Super serene and quiet. If you do not like to cook, just be aware restaurants are few and far between in this area. There are a few within 10 minutes, and even more within 20-30 minutes, but you won't find a quick bite super close. Just be prepared, and bring some snacks. „Very impressed with the whole Big Canoe area and our place was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Just like coming home every day. So peaceful and quit area with everything you would need.“
