« Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀. »

« Everything was just great. Lovely house with lots of stuff for the kids to do. House was clean, not cluttered, and great for families. The games in the basement and the toys in the loft were a particular hit. Molly was super responsive with everything we needed and made for an all-around great experience. »

« The cabin is very spacious yest still cozy. There is plenty of room for relaxing and dining. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a food processor, mixer, lots of dishes and silverware. There is a gas grill on the porch and a nice coffee bar in the dining area. The fireplace was great and firewood is available. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed. »

« Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. The amenities of the property made the vacation better than we imagined. The open field was huge bonus, beautifully surrounded with the fall foliage and stunning at night! « Our family had a wonderful stay! Joe was very accommodating and worked with us to make our stay the best possible! He even helped us out when we had trouble with the TV on out first night. The beds were very comfortable. I was so glad they were not box spring mattresses. This place is so much prettier in person. It snowed the whole time we were there & everything was covered in ice. But that didn't stop us from exploring the property & climbing the mountain. I might have fallen a few times, but...
