This had so much potential. But, we cannot give it good review. To start we had issues with the rental agreement that took us forever to get in contact with the rental company. It took VRBO to give them 2 hrs to answer or we were cancelling- on the day we were supposed to arrive. After, finally figuring out and getting into contact with them we arrived to house. Let’s start with the food then the bad. Good: It was clean, there was enough towels, bedding, and pillows. Seemed to have working appliances (our stay was short we didn’t use them) and the AC/Heater did its job and if weather was good the proximity to the beach. Bad: it was severely lacking in upkeep. Paint chipping, nails sticking out of the door, ripped furniture, blinds that needed to be replaced, and the chairs for the table seemed very unstable we didn’t even use them. Floors felt spongy(soft), the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, the top bunks were very close to the ceiling fan (we would have to turn the fan off and on before my daughter would get out from the top bunk to not hit her head) this was for both rooms. Also, for the size of the master bedroom the TV was very tiny. ** my daughter cut her pinky toe from some staples sticking out the bottom of the bottom bunk**Overall for the amount we paid for 2 nights we expected more. We were not impressed with the quality of the home. It needs a serious facelift in every part of the house. They need to care more.I’ve attached photos below.
