The unit was in the back of the complex, but was right by the pool, so we really enjoyed that. It had a decent view and we loved that too. The unit was well stocked with towels, etc. and really is a cute unit, but be aware it is very small. The management was excellent on communication and contact, they tried to make the best of some issues and did offer to send maintenance, but these things were not a quick fix, that could be taken care of while we were staying there.The bad was it’s not been well taken care of. The fold out bed was broken at the top and was very uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was broken and when you laid on it, it hung down on one side as well. We found that the foundation was completely broken and we had to find some wood to try to prop it up for the duration of our stay. Management offered to send someone out, but they would’ve had to have had to be willing to replace the foundation during our stay. The bed frame was also broken, and the headboard just leaned up against the wall. The handle on the refrigerator door was missing. The kitchen was well stocked except was lacking cups. It was not very clean, the floors were dirty, and we found visible dead bugs along the sliding door. There was no broom, there was only a vacuum that really wasn’t convenient to use while people were in the unit due to lack of room. The front door wouldn’t latch unless you engage the deadbolt, it would not stay closed otherwise. All of this was reported to management.
