The well-appointed full kitchen is equipped to meet all your culinary needs, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.



The living area boasts a comfortable sleeper sofa, ideal for accommodating extra guests, while a charming alcove houses bunk beds for added versatility and fun. The modern bathroom features a bathrub, providing a refreshing space to unwind after a day in the sun.

Guest Access:

As a guest at The Sandbox, you'll have access to all the amenities at Casa Del Mar including parking, 2 pools with one being heated in the winter months, and BBQ areas. In unit 172 you'll enter into the hall with alcove bunks beds, a private bedroom, living, dining, kitchen areas and a private balcony.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Del Mar Condo's are located at the heart of Seawall Blvd, directly across from the beach, fishing pier, a short walk to restaurants and stores!



Getting Around:

Right on Seawall, across the street from the beach, on the Trolly Route and just a short stroll to other grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream and shops.



Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

What to bring: We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal or cleaning supplies such laundry soap, etc, Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys are not provided.

A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, body wash etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon booking, a rental agreement containing additional information will be sent to you with our welcome message. In it, there will be a link. When the agreement is signed, arrival information will be sent 3 days before your scheduled arrival.
