„Das Haus liegt sehr schön, ist gut erreichbar und eigentlich ist alles wie beschrieben – nur sehr alt. Die Terrasse mit Splitern und gefährlichen Nägeln, nicht nur einer sondern durchgehend! Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort dem wir das nicht erklären konnten und den wir aber auch nicht tragen konnten. Ich würde die Terrasse als baufällig bezeichnen und nach der Bauweise ist diese so wichtig und unumgänglich das das eigentlich schon das aus für dieses Haus sein müßte! „DO NOT rent this home. This home is unsafe for all, but particularly for children, and the bottom portion of the home is uninhabitable. During our stay, we found many, many safety issues, such as: electrical outlets with missing or broken covers with exposed, live electrical wires, and loose railings and spindles on the outside stairs. „Our week staying at the Friendly Mullet was a fun, family trip. The quiet neighborhood, clean beach, and calm gulf water was great for small children. The rental was well stocked with all essential items and the gulf view from the covered patios was relaxing. The use of the beach chairs, wagon, and toy dump trucks were appreciated. We swam at the two pools each one time for a change of pace from the beach. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your rental home! “
