« Spotless, not much for amenities but they were clear about that. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit. I was disappointed with the view. The photo shows a house looking directly at the beach. That is not the house we stayed in. Ours was smaller and behind it. « Host was very responsive. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and our dog. The proximity to the beach was excellent; it was about a three minute walk, which was great. Very affordable for such a clse location. »

« The property was in excellent condition and the location was perfect! The beach was minutes away walking as well as a local little grocery store that was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The best part is that there were enough places to sit for the number of guests that the property could hold. « On Monday we arrived and at first glance the house was exceptional. The house, rooms, pool, etc. were clean and spacious. Our troubles started Monday evening when one of our kids told us there was water all over the floor upstairs under the mini split air conditioner. We immediately turned it off, cleaned the water off the floors, and got in contact with Beach Box to get the issue resolved. Someone arrived Tuesday morning, he left assuring us it was taken care of, he fixed the AC setting to ON...
