Additional Sleeping : A couch bed in the living area provides extra sleeping options for guests or visiting family.

Bathroom : The full bathroom includes a stand-alone soaking tub, perfect for spa-like relaxation after a day at the lake or on the trails. Fresh towels and basics are provided for convenience.

Step outside to a beautiful balcony deck with stunning views of Bear Lake and the surrounding valley. Guests also have access to the **indoor community sports court**, located at the front of the home on the left side of the concrete driveway, in front of the attached two-car garage. Enjoy basketball, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, and more for year-round entertainment.
