„The house itself was fantastic. The location was perfect, there were plenty of bedrooms, and we loved being on the golf course—what a quiet neighborhood. The issue, however, was that the house didn't have basic renter necessities. No hot pads, dishcloths; some of the beds didn't have sheets or pillowcases.
