« Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked....

« Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. »

« Breakfast was great had plenty of options for the family, it also had a great weekend hours so we didn’t feel rushed to get up early so we don’t miss it. We needed a cot and was surprised it was only $10 a night for one! Staff was friendly would recommend location as it was central to a lot of things to do! »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set!
Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Everything was ok except there being pink mold in the bathroom and the air from the A/C smelled like mildew. The elevators weren’t operating well. There was a delay of the doors opening when stopping at each floor. Sometimes you would have to press the floor number again for it to open. There were two but one wasn’t working majority if the time. »
