Notre unitĂ© Ă  Oak Square Condominiums a une grande chambre avec lit king-size, et porte coulissante donnant sur un balcon couvert privĂ© donnant sur la piscine extĂ©rieure et un jacuzzi. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e a de belles armoires en chĂȘne, four, quatre plaques de surface de cuisson avec four, micro-ondes, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, machine Ă  glaçons, et une cafetiĂšre. Le salon dispose d'un sleepersofa et pouf pour se dĂ©tendre tout en profitant de la cheminĂ©e Ă  bois. En outre, cette copropriĂ©tĂ© a deux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat par cĂąble une avec lecteur DVD / VCR Combo. L'immeuble en copropriĂ©tĂ© dispose de deux ascenseurs pratiques et des chariots Ă  bagages pour les clients.

Nous sommes situĂ©s dans le centre de Gatlinburg en face de la cĂ©lĂšbre tramway aĂ©rien qui va Ă  Ober Gatlinburg et Ă  quelques minutes du parc national des Great Smoky Mountains. Great location!

I took my mom and 12 yr old son to Gatlinburg for a mini vacay. Once I saw the location and room I immediately requested one more night. We were one road behind the main road but within walking distance of everything. The accommodations were great. It is listed as a kitchenette and so there is no oven. Stove, microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. The only semi negative thing is that the couch bed wasn’t the most comfy and a little loud. But there is plenty of space for an air mattress instead. I would definitely stay here again, and hope too!

The accuracy of the condo is Not true to the room i was in. The pull out couch was horrible. My daughter slept in the bed with me and my granddaughter slept on the couch itself. I was very dissatisfied. If i would of paid for more than one night i would of asked for a refund. They wanted you to throw your garbage away which is fine except they have a hook that is so far back that i had to find another guest who was tall to open it for me. The really only good thing is that Mr. Verlon was helpful in getting us in the room early. Won't return to this location.

The reason I gave a four is because of the check in mess up. I had left two messages and had gone across the street to rent a different room when you called. The text I got had the address. But it said A condos. The name was even wrong. You should probably update your site.

Lovely condo!

This condo was perfect. It had a pretty living room, a small but nice kitchen and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. It had a big bedroom with a big, comfortable bed. It even had a balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view and the breeze. I would absolutely stay here again. Absolutely lovely and very clean!

Great location

If you want a place to stay that is within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg this is it. Very cozy and comfortable for two people. This location also has covered parking. The host is amazing and we will definitely plan another stay.

A plus condo and host

Our family stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 children) in this condo, it’s exactly what is advertised. It’s clean, convenient and cozy!! We have rented from Mr. Verlon and Ms Judy for the last 4 years and will continue to do so for our annual “Mardi Gras” trip. If you’re looking to stay in downtown gatlinburg, this condo is truly all you’re looking for and the host, Mr Verlon and Ms Judy have always been very easy to reach if you need anything. We would highly recommend this condo!!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The location was great, very close to the main strip. We parked our car and just walked everywhere. We stayed for 3 nights and I honesty have no complaints. The wood burning fireplace was GREAT!! Thats one of the best features of the unit most places don’t have wood burning fireplaces anymore, we brought a couple of bundles of wood from home. there is a market a couple of blocks away that sells wood if you need it. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The unit is not a fancy place and it is a little older but if you are like us and are out and about most of the day I felt like for the location and price it was perfect.

Great Location, Not Good for 2-Bed Parties

Oak Square is an older condo complex right on River Rd. The location is convenient to the parkway and eveything you'd want to do. The complex definitely shows its age but isn't necessarily bad. Having an indoor and outdoor pool was a bonus even though we never made the time to take a dip! Inside, the condo is small but complete. It was clean and had what we needed. I'm sure the fireplace is lovely when it gets a little cooler outside. It's ideal for a couple and the bed was nice and comfortably firm, but I cant recommend parties who need two sleep areas. The sleeper sofa was incredibly loud! It creaked and moaned loudly with every small movement. It was also a bit lumpy. The couch itself was fairly comfortable to sit on. The sofa is also the only real seating, so if youre using the sleeper, you need to strip it and put it up to sit. This would be fine, but the small space means there isnt a good place to put the linens except back in the bedroom closet. YMMV, but we ended up leaving the bed out the whole time because we were busy and didn't really have time to sit in the living area. Overall, good for the value and a nice homebase for a Gatlinburg adventure.

Great for our short stay

Overall the property worked great for us! My daughter and I were only in town for two nights and spent the majority of our time out of the condo. Bed was comfy to come back to and property was easy to access. Parking is tight but didn’t have any issues. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels in bathroom to slightly larger ones and kitchen towels/wash clothes to more kitchen friendly options. Didn’t feel the microfiber was the best choice here. Communication with owner was perfect l!
