« If you’re looking for a hotel that will make you question every life decision that led you there, congratulations—you’ve found it. The Baymont by Wyndham in Gatlinburg was an absolute disaster from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff acted like we were interrupting their day simply by checking in. « Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Room was disgusting. Everything is damp including the air, sheets, towels…it’s musty and smells. It was obvious that the bedding was not changed and just lint rolled. We watched the housekeeper go room to room after checkouts, not removing bedding which wasn’t surprising. The pool has dirt, leaves, bugs and debris in it. « Staff was very helpful, property was extremely clean, rooms were spotless. Price was very reasonable to be that close to d'twn Gatlinburg. ( Less than 5min walk) If one doesn't care about all the fancy high priced places to stay, I highly recommend this place. 5 stars. »
