Hotel Gatlinburg

« Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back! ¡Hotel increíble y servicio excepcional! Margaritaville en Gatlinburg es fantástico. « We LOVED Hotel Indigo in Downtown Gatlinburg! Great location at the end of the strip which help us get some great steps in, easy walk to strip - Anakeesta, Ole Red, Gatlinburg Brewing Co. all nearby by! Great Smokey Mountain views from balcony room! We loved the coffee shop, Altitude Rooftop Bar, rooftop patio offers great views and chill vibe. We did not use pool area but hotel offers so many great amenities! Newer hotel, very clean and rooms were exceptionally nice! We'd definitely stay there...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Clean rooms, friendly staff, good amenities, conveniently located, good ambience. This was our second time in this hotel in one year. Definitely recommend this hotel. Only the breakfast needs a little revamp. Rest perfect. »

« parking was great and location too »

« The location of the site is great. Just down the street from our favorite places to eat. The rooms were cleans and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the desk clerk upon check out was also very friendly. However, we had left a message stating that we would be arriving later than expected. Upon our arrival, no one was there to check us in and we had to wait approximately 25-30 minutes for her to return. When she did return she seemed...

« Bien »

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« The location is very convenient because it is on the strip downtown but the room was dirty. A thick layer of dust lined the top of our shower. The carpet was pulling up at the seam so you could see the sub flooring under it. The walls are super thin so you could hear everyone in rooms around you talking. »

« Belle emplacement avec stationnement »

« We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures. »

« It's in an ideal spot to walk. The water pressure is amazing. There are bears. »

« Great location »

« Un hôtel très agréable situé au bord d’une rivière à 2 pas de la rue principale de Gatlinburg. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec 1 lit queen size. Une salle de baignoire. Frigo et micro-ondes Propre et spacieux. Inclus le petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Nous recommandons si vous souhaitez decouvrir le Great Smoky Mountains NP »

« Very dated and dark. Furnishings were old. The hotel needs a major facelift. »

« El desayuno debe mejorar un poco más! En cuanto a lo demás 20/10 »
