Hôtel près de Gatlinburg Winery, Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg

« The location was awesome able to walk every where we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. The facility was outstanding very, very comfortable. Would recommend to all my family and friends!! »

« My family and I loved our visit! The pools, waterpark area and outdoor seating around fire pits were great! Breakfast and dinner were delicious! We loved visiting in the fall and being surrounded by all the trees. We would love to visit again soon! »

« The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area. »

« We stayed one night. The location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk from Anakeesta and Ripley’s aquarium. Heated pool. Free parking. Not sure what the extra charge from the bar was for, as I paid for my one drink in cash. But otherwise, I would stay again & recommend this hotel. »

« The property is out dated and not maintained correctly. The switch for the light by the bed did not work well, hard to turn off/ on. The carpet was black by the air conditioner/heater. Lots of scratches in the furniture. The location is good right on the trolley line, no need to drive car to downtown. »

« Everything was comfortable. »

First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Our was very load because it was was next to the haunted house next to it very load. Elevators slow very outdated. »
