It was calm and quiet but still very close to many central sights - we walked to Meiji-jingu in 20 minutes and there are at least two subway stops within about 5 minutes' walk. The rooms are clean, new and bigger than usual for central Tokyo in this price range and the lobby is lovely. Having the choice of BOTH using the tub in the room and the public bath is a big plus!
