« My room was clean and the staff was very helpful. »

« The room was clean, the staff were great, and the bed was comfortable. My wife and I especially LIKED the blackout blinds as we like sleeping in a dark room. We had one minor issue, reported it and it was fixed right away. We will definitely look to stay at this hotel on future trips. An added benefit, Georgetown was a great town to stay in! »

« It is an older property but bed comfortable. The price was good. The only real complaint I had is the waffle mix was old and could have really made someone sick. We left and ate elsewhere. »

« Everything was great until the day came for my room to be cleaned. When I returned to my room that day, my bed was freshly made... however, the drawers where I had carefully put my clothing had been disturbed and rifled through. And missing from my room was the full bottle of water that I'd brought and put by the bed, my personal soap and soap dish that I travel with (as my skin is sensitive) and an apple. Needless to say, I was hardly able to sleep that night as this violation was so...

« The room was double the regular price. Didn’t have a fridge or microwave. No breakfast as listed and the pool was closed. My door to the room wouldn’t open when i returned from the floor being so warped. »

« Room needed a lot of work. They evidently were remodeling so right now. Had no soap in bathroom to wash hands. No maid service while we were there. Bugs in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Didn’t eat the breakfast as they told us there was only to go bags until they get their breakfast room remodeled. »

« Breakfast started at 6 we came down at 7 and there was barely anything left. Management stated it was eaten by the construction workers and they would not make more to accommodate the guest of the hotel. Management was very rude and unprofessional. Checked out immediately after. »

« The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there! »
