The top level is the heart of the home, with spectacular ocean views, beautifully appointed living and dining spaces, and a kitchen designed for serious entertaining. Two Miele ovens, a Liebherr fridge and freezer, Miele dishwasher, Zip tap with boiling, chilled and sparkling water, SMEG bean coffee machine and Vintec wine fridge make the kitchen feel both highly functional and quietly luxurious.



The dining space invites long lunches, celebratory dinners and slow mornings with coffee as the coastline stretches out beyond you. For something more elevated, our concierge can connect you with private chefs, premium local produce, pantry stocking and curated in home dining experiences.



The home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Four bedrooms have their own ensuite, while the fifth king bedroom has a bathroom located just across the hall. The configuration includes three king bedrooms with ensuites, one bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite, and one king bedroom with nearby bathroom access. The property can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.



Across the home, multiple living and retreat spaces allow guests to gather or withdraw as they need. Two gas fireplaces bring warmth and atmosphere in the cooler months, while the lift provides easier access across the levels for guests with mobility needs.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for enjoying Equinox and the surrounding region.



The property includes parking for up to 6 cars, with 2 spaces in the garage and 4 spaces on the driveway. Please note the roadway is narrow and street parking is very limited, so all vehicles must be parked on site.



Gerroa, Seven Mile Beach, Gerringong, Berry, Kiama and the surrounding South Coast are all easily explored by car.



Airport transfers, private transport and guided tours may be arranged through our concierge network, subject to availability and additional fees.
