« Made a last minute decision to stop in Rock Hall to visit a family friend for a couple of days. So happy I did! The apartment was the perfect spot. Very clean, cozy and convenient. The host was exceptional. He stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well and nothing was needed. I am hoping to return again some day for more than just a couple of days. I highly recommend this place. »

« The location was very close to downtown Annapolis and many of the wonderful restaurants on West Street, including the Ram‘s Head Tavern. The mattress was very comfortable. The home was small but had everything anyone could possibly need. The communication with the property management company was excellent.We especially enjoyed the 2025 Army Navy game add M&T Stadium in Baltimore. It was a short trip to the light rail. »

« A nice, clean, roomy place at a good price--gotta love that. The walk-out basement apartment was located in a compound of units on a quiet dead-end street. This unit is actually toward the back and I spent a little time searching for it. Once there, access to the key and apartment was no problem.The home was well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and bedding. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. « The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. »

« Two things I would say first, whoever installed the toilet paper holders, installed them upside down and when you try to unroll The paper it would fall off of the holder. Secondly, if you could put darker shades on the windows to block out the light. Other than that, it was a perfect trip. »

« The location of the apartment is in one of the more beautiful areas of Baltimore, and along with many of the other apartments and townhomes, has a very historic/antique feel to it. This little refurbished apartment was once a shop of some sort with the large bay windows and staging area for props or designs on display. This quaint studio dripped with old timey character and modern style. The area was neat and clean with minimal items to clutter and only essential items provided....

« This is one of the best rentals I have experienced, probably since I began using these types of services. The host communicated quickly (even on Sunday) and didn't have a bunch of fluff to make check in or check out frustrating. If I am in the Baltimore area again, I will definitely rent from this host. Access to food, entertainment and shopping. What more could you need, thank you! »
