„Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr unwohl gefühlt, da das Objekt renovierungsbedürftig und schmutzig war. Der Gefrierschrank war vereist und es befanden sich noch offene Lebensmittel im Gefrierfach. Den Kühlschrank mussten wir reinigen um Ihn zu benutzen. Der Backofen war ebenfalls so schmutzig das wir Ihn nicht benutzen konnten.In der Duschtasse befand sich viel Schimmel am Silikon.Der Toilettendeckel war nur halbseitig befestigt und die Toilette war nicht sauber.
