« A last minute booking at this small out of the way historic inn. It was busy at the bar where we checked in so a short wait. Room was basic but well appointed, bed super comfy, shower was hot, tea and coffee in room. Self serve continental breakfast in a dining room was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and beautifully presented. Set in a small town with adjoining farmland. Close the Hampton Court Castle and gardens. »

« Welcoming staff, pleasant room and great food. We took the 3course dinner and it was tasty and well cooked, with sensible portion size. Throughout was well decorated and in good order. Very convenient for visiting Tewkesbury. »

« Accueil professionel sans chaleur pour certains membres. Literie correcte, sdb offrant tout le confort. Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre. Adapteurs pour les prises à renouveler. Piscine bien pensée pour les familles, partagée avec des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel. Hôtel situé au calme en-dehors de la ville. »

"The room leaves something to be desired, when we arrived it was very very difficult to find the location. The door outside the room was open. There is an unpleasant smell. In addition, the carpet is very dirty. There are cracks in the wall. What about the bathroom fan, there is so much foam, surely contaminated. The bed not very clean. In addition, our room is located opposite a front door. It's not worth the number of stars given. For deluxe room!"
