Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well. Its location was ideal, offering convenient access for driving to the train station for our trips into New York City. We also appreciated the proximity to local restaurants and a market. There were plenty of activities to enjoy in town, and the travel distances to attractions were quite manageable.“
