« Room was ok very run down. Staff was nice but finding her was very frustrating and the phone number on the sign went nowhere location was great but track down was a bit overgrown bath was quite small »

« I was very disappointed that I had specifically booked a coastal view room, months ago, only to be told when I arrived that a coastal view room wasn't available. This is what I had booked and paid for. I was told at checkin that i was being given an 'upgrade', due to my booked coastal view room not being available, however the 'upgrade', was the exact same airport view room, just on a different floor. This is the 5th year I have stayed at your hotel, so I knew exactly what type of room I wanted...
