It was an okay stay. However the guys at reception aren’t very nice nor helpful. The apartment not as clean as expected, the bathroom and floor overall wasn’t clean enough too. The bed old and cheap. The view very gorgeous but the windows quite dirty which was a shame. Next time I’ll choose an other place.

Man darf kein Hotel im klassischem Sinne erwarten. Es sind Appartments. Was schade ist, ist dass Spülmittel etc nachgekauft werden muss (2 hat man gratis dabei, die Länge des Aufenthalts spielt keine Rolle...) Unser Zimmer war im 8. Stock. In der nacht hörte man dauernd die Wasser Rohre von den darüber liegenden Etagen...)

Hotel war ok, Zimmer grosszügig, mehr nicht!!! WIFI WAR EINE KATASTROPHE!! Selten hat es funktioniert, und wann, dann nur sehr schwach und stockend!! Unmöglich in dieser Zeit!! Trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation wurde nichts verbessert, und auh nichts entgegen gebracht.... Besuch des TOP Levels war nicht mal für Gäste kostenlos, absolut kein Flair für Gästebetreuung!! Dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!

Sehr große und schöne Apartments in Strandnähe
Die Apartments waren sehr schön und gepflegt mit einer überdurchschnittlichen Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen! Von dem Angebot des Skypoint Frühstücks würden wir jedoch abraten.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit super Ausblick aufs Meer. Unser Apartment war perfekt ausgerüstet. Leider macht die Bar und auch das Restaurant in der Nebensaison sehr früh zu. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison ist aber super.

Eine tolle Unterkunft gut gelegen
Also das Q1 ist eine ausgezeichnete Addresse direkt am Surfers Paradies.300 Meter vom tollen Strand entfernt gelegen liegt das höchste Gebäude der Stadt. Das App. war Super der einzigste Haken war das Housekeeping. Es wurden nur die Handtücher gewechselt sonst nichts. Wir waren im 35 Stockwerk und hatten einen sensationellen Ausblick auf den Strand. Preis / Leistung war gut. Was teuer war ist das WiFi. Aber in der Nähe gab es McDonnels dort hatte man wie überall bei McD freien Zugang. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen

We like the space of the apartment and parking. But many of the facilities in the apartment does not work. The spa, sauna and swimming pool is small. The logistic access between facilities also not great.

This by no means was a resort. Upon check in it did not feel luxurious for a “resort”. The fact you have to pay for washing detergent, go down stairs to collect more towels is an average experience for any family. In our children’s room the curtain rail dislodged from the ceiling almost landing on the kids, which left debris on the floor. Whilst this was quickly handled by the hotel staff, the apartment was old style, and lacked more than 1 bowl, a few forks. In all bathrooms don’t expect any power points, so you’ll have to blow dry and straighten hair in the bedrooms or the laundry. It was an “ok” stay - we wouldn’t stay again however. Also, the pool was FREEZING, has no atmosphere and due to how cold it was we swam once out of the whole week. It is not heated at all and the kids had blue lips from one swim. It is a standard apartment, so don’t expect luxury by any means.

We had a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment on the 25th floor, with a wonderful uninterrupted view. Apartment was extremely spacious, with a full bathroom for each bedroom. 1 minute walk to patrolled beach & 2 huge pools. Despite the size of the building we never had to wait long for the lift.

Q1 for a 4.5/5 star resort is really poor. The rooms are old and out dated, you get charged for towels shower is mouldy, the pressure on the shower head is slow, a 6 min shower will take 15min. The only good thing about this place is the swimming pool.
