« The hotel was filled with kids for a sporting even held the next days. They spent most of the evening (7 pm to 10pm) running around in hallways without adult supervision. When I addressed the issue with the front desk in person, I was met with the « quiet hours start at 10 » response, and was verbally attacked by one of the adults accompanying some of the children, visibly inebriated, for allegedly scolding the kids (I had only asked them to stop and to tell me where I could find an adult).
