« Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. »

« -Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch. »

« We had a wonderful time staying here! It felt like our own private getaway. We had more interaction with the owners than previous places I’ve stayed, but that was totally okay because they were so kind, friendly and helpful! The house is at the end of a little inlet, so there’s not quite as much of an ocean beach-vibe as if you were to stay in one of the apartment buildings on the beach, but The Guesthouse offers so much more privacy and it truly feels like your own little oasis.
