Nicely furnished- Living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. You have to be comfortable with traversing stairs, as 3 floor townhouse with living area on 2nd floor along with a half bath and 2 very nice ensuite king BR’s on the 3rd level. There is 1 queen bed on street level entry with no bath, closet or luggage rack to get your things off the floor. About 18 stairs to 2nd level which is a lot for a middle of night bathroom run! Kitchen is missing some of the basics like baking sheet, toaster and even a spatula turner so if planning on cooking much, bring your own supplemental utensils or be prepared to go purchase what you need like we did. Overall, we enjoyed our stay- it is located in a very nice quiet area. It was almost perfect for our needs for a short stay.

This is a great place to stay! We loved how clean and bright it was. The beds were comfy and had nice linens. It has a well stocked kitchen, the only thing I would have liked was a toaster :) It was in a great location, easy access to downtown and the Monument. I would love to stay here again!

Weekend get away

This is a nice condo near the mall and movie theater. It is very clean and was nice and quiet. Close to the action but far enough away. Nice bike rack in the garage for those mountain bikers!

Wonderful Townhome in a great location!

We loved our stay. The townhome was fully stocked, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for shopping, accessing the airport, and visiting the University. Thank you for sharing your home, we hope to stay here again soon!

Comfortable and bright

We had a quick one night stay at this property while visiting CMU. It was clean and comfortable and was close to downtown and the campus. Easy access to the highway for our road trip.

Beautiful, convenient property near mall

The property was even nicer than the pictures. It was immaculate and absolutely perfect for our stay. The check-in/check-out process was very convenient. It was a perfect getaway!

Property was easy to get in and out off. Was very clean and had several amenities. The living room furniture was very unstable with made it uncomfortable. The beds however were amazing.

Nice and New Modern townhome in Grand Junction

We came for a long weekend family getaway with our two teenagers. The townhome was very clean, nicely decorated - we all slept very well because the bedding was really comfortable. This townhome has a nice esthetic- uncluttered and modern and comfortable. It felt very new. The neighborhood is nice, but there was a lot of construction nearby when we stayed. We took a day to enjoy Palisade and Grand Junction wineries and orchards, and we drove to 2 hours west to Moab, Utah and saw Arches National Park at Sunset. It was beautiful trip and really nice family getaway.

this property is new and clean and equipped with everything your needed. But there are two sets of stair ways need to climb with your suitcase. the bedroom located on the third floor, it's not convenient and hot, we try to adjust thermostats in the house but not working and property manage tried come over to help but afterwards it still not working unfortunately. The third bed room is on the 1st floor without bathroom, so it you need to use bathroom in the middle of the night, you need to climb a long stairs to get to it. We also have trouble to get in to the house, the code doesn't work on the front door and the property manager come by told us to leave the deadbolt open for code to work, but when you leave the house you have to use deadbolt otherwise the door couldn't lock, so the door situation is really frustrated. We end up to use garage door in and out but for some reason you can't park your car inside garage, and garage is empty. overall, this property itself is nice and new, clean and quiet neighborhood, but not so convenient and have few kinks need to work it out.

Brand new and really cute!

We loved this place. So clean, so stylish, and the 2 masters upstairs were great! Open concept and huge living room/kitchen/dining room was perfect for our stay. The lower level bed was perfect for Grandpa too. Too bad there isn't a bathroom down there or it would have been perfect! But overall, a terrific place! Better than a hotel room 100%
