« Close to medical mile and downtown. Walkable to downtown if needed but Uber or Lyft easy to grab. Next to a park, very nice. Host was very communicable. We had a few issues connecting the television to the internet to log into anything to watch but we were able to. Clean but definitely dated. Lots of coming and going in the late evening, but typical for the city. »

« Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies. »

« The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks). »

« There were a lot of extras supplied by the host. They had toys in the laundry area, along with games and puzzles that my grandkids could play. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind. With all the extras, I would suggest labels on the cabinets and their content. I...

« To me a comfy bed and cleanliness is the most important thing and this home was SPOTLESS! Beautifully cleaned and well maintained. We enjoyed a walk along the river right out the back door. I do hope to be able to return someday. »

« The owners were very nice and helpful, they were able to do our laundry and responded promptly to anything we requested. Bed was comfortable and had a good time on the lake. Would recommend their properties. Only bad things were dishes weren't the cleanest and the water had a foul odor. »
