„Wonderful host! The outdoor space is great with the pool and the deck overlooking the water.“

„Very nice and relaxing. The House has been modernized in a very charming way. It keeps the old style of the area near the River , but is well equiped with air con and a good kitchen. Very quite (exept the train passing near by from time to time) and close to the City Center with very good restaurants. The beach is close and also very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much.“

„This place was 100% amazing. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here.“

„This place is absolutely beautiful. It was an amazing place to stay, so clean, great layout, not near other houses. The check in and out was very simple. The host had great communication, so kind and quick to respond. 10/10 recommend!“

„We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. „My parents and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was clean and well-stocked. The home is just as it appears in the pics. Very relaxing place to stay. Will definitely stay here again and most definitely recommend to others!“

„Our stay was 49 days and the house, property management, cleanliness and area were perfect. Highlights that were within an hour and half: the theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, watched a SpaceX launch, Daytona Beach and played Popgolf. Highly recommend this property….“

„There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that ...
