« Wat een heerlijk huis in het charmante Royal Tunbridge Wells! Het ligt rustig, een beetje heuvelopwaarts en midden in het stadscentrum. Het treinstation is 10 minuten lopen, met er tegenover een supermarkt. Het huis is erg ruim, licht en voelt heel knus aan. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien m.b.t. koken, eten etc. De badkamer heeft een bad. De grote slaapkamer heeft een royaal bed met luxueus beddengoed. Ik heb er heerlijk geslapen. De binnentuin heeft een tafel en zitjes met veel...

« We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. »

« First impressions count don't they? On arrival we were met with a stinking bin full of rotting nappies and food waste in the yard. Front and rear gardens were weed ridden and overgrown, gate was broken, parking a nightmare. Entering the property everything appeared ok, until we had a closer look. We wished we had booked for a longer stay, but intend to return in order to visit the many places of interest that are close by. »

Fantastic place with absolutely everything you may need.The welcome package was over the top!!Milk, bread, cake, biscuits - we were so surprised.We would recommend this comfortable, clean facility to everyone.We even had a weber for a braai and a lovely outside setting.Thank you, Katherine, and family, for making our stay so pleasant. »

« Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay. »

« We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. It was great, the pool opening times 10am-5:30pm really helped us manage the children’s and made for a very relaxing break. We didn’t venture out...

« What a great stay we had in nimrod lodge. The chalet was really cosy, well equiped for children and nicely located. The garden is huge and perfect for the kids to entertain. We felt like home! »
