Amazing views, extremely clean and beautiful rooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend renting a car if staying here and the location is beautiful.

Best stay ever!
This was by far the best stay of our 2 week trip across Europe! From the communication before we even arrived to our departure. This property is such a gem. The property is beautiful, we received an upgrade to our room and we were so thankful. Irene and Georgia are two of the most thoughtful women and are always willing to help. They made our stay stress free, and we were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and a great added amenity to the stay at no additional cost. The small gift we were given at the end of the stay was so thoughtful.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff (Thanks Georgia!) Breakfast always delivered to our room on time, on the dot! Lovely private garden area with hot tub. Short walk up the hill into town, with great restaurant 5 minutes away. Very convenient for buses around the island.

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights during peak summer season. We booked the beautiful new room with private pool. Amazing breakfast, amazing daily turn down service, friendly staff. Also perfect location! 15 mins on a quad to OIA, 20 mins to the light house. I highly reccomend booking here and hiring a quad for your stay! It’s absolutely perfect 🙏

Abbiamo trascorso 9 notti al Perla Nera. L' Hotel è stupendo: ha delle camere meravigliose e la posozione è ottima per raggiungere ogni parte dell'isola. Il personale è gentilissimo e soprattutto è sempre sorridente ( anche i ragazzi che si occupano delle camere e della colazione). Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Ci ritornerei sicuramente, CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk from the centre, which was probably a good idea because it’s so busy there and you got privacy at your hotel and in the pool. Very beautiful sunrise in the morning, you got to pick what time you wanted your breakfast delivered to your room & the lunch was amazing and good value. I would say it’s on a main road, but wasn’t scary for us at night and seemed safe.

Stayed here for my honeymoon, absolutely amazing experience the customer service was great from the manager she was always happy to help. Room was spacious & kept tidied by room service, the breakfast menu was tasty. Overall me & my husband had an amazing time. Would highly recommend as everything is also nearby such as thira town centre shops.

Spacious suites with short uphill walk to Thera
Comfortable villa with overall great location in Thera. Does require a short slightly uphill walk to get to downtown but still a nice location convenience. Suites sit on a major street and at night there are loud cars and 4 wheelers that you will hear even past midnight. However the rooms are soundproofed well so that you don't hear them when inside, just when outside on the patio. Hot tub was great however one night it was cool and you are unable to adjust temperature without the staffs help, which is a problem since the reception closes after around 9 pm. Everything else, such as room service, amnesties, space, A/C and more were great. Only other issue was the kitchen providing the bare minimum of cups and utensils, only offering two of each. If ocean views, short walkable distance to downtown Thira, and relaxing at night on the patio is your goal for Santorini then overall I can recommend this place.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 giorni ad Agosto e io e la mia compagna siamo rimasti senza parole dalla gentilezza della proprietaria, una ragazza sempre presente e cordiale per qualsiasi richiesta. Noi abbiamo prenotato la standard room e, se confrontata alle altre stanze, sembra molto scarna e piccola, ma assolutamente non è così! Pulizia, cordialità e gentilezza sono all’ordine del giorno in queste suite. Assolutamente consigliato e se in un futuro torneremo a Santorini sapremo già dove alloggiare!

Really nice hotel
This hotel is really nice and how it is shown in pictures. The room is big and the hot tub is amazing. You should know that you have to request your breakfast the night before and pick what you want to have the next morning because the breakfast is sent to the room, we didn't know and only figured out in the morning, but they made it for us.

Could have been better.
Location was pretty bad quite outside the fira town had to walk down with luggage which was exhausting. There were only 2 staff managing the property & reception closes after 6.00 till 8.00 next morning which is ridiculous for a service industry. Overall so so experience.

In hindsight, not a good choice.
Sadly, it was not as expected. Perla Neira was further from center than we thought and on a very noisy main road. Also, though the staff were very friendly I emailed twice asking for directions. My email reply simply said “thank you for the information” even though I asked a question. In addition, the towels and robe felt like loofahs!! If we return to Santorini, we will stay at another hotel.

First of all the location of this property is absolutely beautiful. You are right in front of the ocean Interview at all times is absolutely breathtaking. You may want to enjoy this beautiful view from your own personal Jacuzzi, except for the fact that the water does not heat up. What’s the point of having a personal Jacuzzi that doesn’t work. When we asked the staff they said that it only worked during the day while the sun was out from 11 to 4 in the daytime what the heck is that supposed to mean. Your Jacuz and the view at all times is absolutely breathtaking. You may want to enjoy this beautiful view from your own personal Jacuzzi, except for the fact that the water does not heat up. What’s the point of having a personal Jacuzzi that doesn’t work. When we asked the staff they said that it only worked during the day while the sun was out from 11 to 4 in the daytime what the heck is that supposed to mean. I think their Jacuzzi is warmed up by sunlight that’s just weird.

Paghi a cifre da 5 stelle ma non ti portano nemmeno le valigie in camera , la doccia aveva diversi problemi dal soffione rotto che schizzava da tutte le parti e con una pressione leggerissima se volevi l’acqua calda , al chiusino intasato con conseguente acqua che trasbordava fuori e nauseante puzza di fogna Ho trascorso 1 sola notte qui e altre due presso un altra struttura che a parità di prezzo ne vale 100000!!! Non è stata a mio parere una esperienza positiva

i liked the fact that the property was walking distance to the strip of Caldera view, famous white houses, shops, restaurants etc..no need to call cab. i also liked that the property contacted me to arrange transportation upon my arrival to Santorini.this was a plus for me since it was my first time visiting.The ladies at the front desk were so helpful with suggestions and recommendations on what to do and they helped arrange everything for us

Amazing stay at this hotel. Everyone was always very welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast served in the bedroom and it’s at a walking distance from the city centre. In our arrival the person on reception gave us a lot of tips and suggested a lot of things to do as well sandra restaurants to go. I had an amazing stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Lovely property located just outside Fira on a main road so ideal if you are wanting to hire a car. The room was large and spacious and had all the amenities of a hotel two, three times expensive per night. The terrace and hot tub in our room were not overlooked unlike some on the front of the building so we never found privacy and issue. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and were knowledgeable of the island. Breakfast was usually cold however there was enough choice for you to pick items that wouldn’t be a problem cold. All in all a great stay on a beautiful island!

Beautiful Sea Veiws, close to Thira
We really enjoyed our stay at Perla Nera, the staff were friendly although did not want to add any extra special touches for my wife's birthday. Its is about 15 minute walk in Thira. All apartments have beautiful sea views and the own jacuzzi, although this wasn't really warm enough to use in early May. Breakfast was delivered to the room everyday and very tasty. Would recommend to our friends.
