Our home`s interior has recently been completely renovated (September 2026)! We have also outfitted our home with all new furnishings and linens. Our location couldn`t be much closer to High Point University! We are walking distance to campus. We are also located close to Furniture Market and all that downtown High Point has to offer! We are centrally located in High Point, perfect for anyone visiting the Triad or HPU. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. This is a newly renovated home. We have all new furniture and appliances for you to enjoy. We are just minutes from HPU, Furniture Market, the Hospital, and Carolina Core Stadium.

Our single level home is an open floor plan with the entrance leading directly into the cozy living room with a smart TV and comfortable couch that is also a queen sofa bed. Our kitchen is connected to our living room and offers plenty of room for cooking or gathering with loved ones. We have plenty of cooking supplies for you to use. A full bathroom is located off the kitchen.

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage.
