AVOID this place at all cost! When checking in it started with the normal disclaimers: no smoking in your room, no candles and then took a turn at no prostitutes! This hotel does NOT have a gym facility or a pool as listed! It’s been closed for over a year due to lack of funds apparently. The rooms are dirty, the staircase smells like pee and the staff is rude! The shower water doesn’t get hot at all and the toilet has someone else’s skid marks. Be warned! Unless you want a hotel where other peoples weed fills your room and you hear some serious fights in the hallway for staff only to say “what do you want us to do about it” avoid this hotel

The staff was very kind. But the room I was assigned too was absolutely filthy (with poop smeared on walls, in the bathtub that didn’t drain and multiple other sanitation issues. But the staff was nice and let me switch rooms. The other room was perfectly clean- spider webs in the corner, crumbs on the mattress and dirty floors and a very broken desk chair- but they were nice and switched out the broken chair and provided me with cleaning supplies / also helped clean things up the next day. A bad thing was the horrific amount of marijuana smoke in the stairwell/ halls that leaked into my room and made my asthma rather terrifying. The back door was always unlocked which was scary and unsafe (especially since on our last night police had to come and remove a dangerous guest. But it was conveniently located and the staff was very nice.

The room was dirty and the bed mattress was sunk in in one spot with a burn hole on the sheet! We returned the key and told the hotel manager that we weren’t staying there. We left and found another hotel

There were sigaret stain on the bed sheet, toilet handle was broken, door of the toilet from underneath was chipped a lot, there is a smell in the room, the door lock is broken . Will never booked here again ☹️

The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The room was dirty upon arrival, a lot of crusty looking areas in the molding and grout, and it looks like a lot of dirt and dust was just painted over with chunky paint. There was a bad dry wall job above my night stand where it looked like someone had punched the wall at some point. The brew basket was missing from the coffee machine. Parking was very convenient. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Was looking for something cheap and easy for my weekend stay, I got what I paid for.

The staff was nice. The hallways/stairwells could have been cleaned a little better. The room seemed clean except one towel needed to be thrown away if it didn't come clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't use the refrigerator but when I opened it, it wasn't cold. I don't know if that was on purpose. They had a hot breakfast which was more than I expected. I didn't see any bugs. It was a good value for the price I paid for just a 1 night stay.

This place has cockroaches
Place was very run down but expected such for price. What was not expected was the cockroaches we discovered upon waking up in the morning. Did receive a refund for the second night of the two-night stay since we checked out immediately, but I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

This place is cheap but definitely has some maintenance issues. Shower didn’t work, coffee maker didn’t work, fridge was leaking water and the back door entrances weren’t locked at night because the key reader was broken. Staff was friendly and the surrounding area is convenient.

The staff was great and responsive. The room and place are questionable. This place needs an overall renovation. The first room was good until a water leak from the above room was coming down next to the bed and onto the lamp and table. It also havd no hangiers, so I was able to change room quickly. The second room was acceptable, a hole in the wall as if someone kicked it. The sink had a very slow drain and the food backed up. (they fixed that later in the day) Paint peeling from the top of shower and grout around bathtub looks to be black mold. Breakfast was okay, the Scrambled Eggs were salty, and peanut butter cups were hard. I would look to stay at a different place next time. The last night, there was a party next door that had a hot tub. When I turned in for the night, there were 12 people. Looks like they rent a room for a party only. They were noisy to my surprise.

Location is great! However, the property did not reflect what was advertised. Pool had no water. Gym had been closed for months. Laundry area was closed. The halls smell pretty bad. No cleaning service, you must exchange your own towels. Overall it was decent for the price. Mattresses were clean. Continental breakfast was okay. Staff was nice.

Stay Away if you can! Worst experience ever... First time I ever get bed bug bites... it is infected... Place needs to be updated... They do not make room service every day, only about every 3 days. On our second night, at about 4:30 am, we heard shootings just outside of the hotel... felt very insecure.... I never write bad review, but this time I felt like I had to... I went to the High Point Furniture Market and there were no more hotels available.

This is a great hotel for the amount you pay. Nice clean rooms. Front desk was very accommodating especially with us arriving at 1am. Everyone had great customer service. Great location close to a lot of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here every time we're in Greensboro.

My wife and I were disappointed. We had to wait about 10 minutes for staff to be checked in. The shower didn’t work and when I turn on the heat, the smell was horrible. With the weather being cold, we didn’t use the heartier. I will never refer this motel to anyone. I wish I could get a total refund.

Stay Somewhere Else
Where to start. I got this room for a concert up the street. It was paid with points so it was free. It was convenient to the venue so I figured why not The place is drab and gives off a hooker/meth vibe. I checked in and went to my room. I sat on the bed and looked around. The room was dingy, dirty and uncomfortable. After sitting a while I started getting an itch a decided I had to leave. I never spent more than 15 minutes in this room. I’m surprised I didn’t see any hookers or bloodstains. Sorry I booked this place even if I were free, could’ve used my points elsewhere

We do not choose our guests. We were sold out and most guests were very happy with their stay. You should have been refunded your points as you did not stay. Please call choice privileges and get your points back.

Stay away! Door was busted and looked like someonoe had pried it open at the lock. Toe nails on the floor, substance (not sure what) on bathroom floor, food crumbs on tables, hair (not sure from where) on pilllows, everything broken (pool, vending machines) worst hotel I've even stepped foot into. And right back out again!

A mixed bag for this hotel
The front staff was wonderful. They held the room even with a late arrival. The room was clean, but did have a musty smell. It does have a wonderful shower. The AC struggled to cool the room. The fitness center is closed. Breakfast was great!

Dirty, smelly and run down
One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Sat in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting for staff to show up so I could check in (this was at 5pm, not late at night). Entire place reeks of cigarettes and or pot. Roaches everywhere outside. Pool empty and full of trash. Dried blood on the wall in the bathroom. Just really gross. The breakfast area was the bright spot, clean and very polite staff

We have never had this issue unless the front desk had a emergency. It is unfortunate some guests do not follow our non-smoking policy. We have pest control company that services our hotel. Pool has been closed for the season. Not sure about the dried blood if you had brought it to our attention when you were staying, we would have been glad to have staff verify and move you to another suite. Thank you for your business.
