« Decent home for the price. Communications with the host was mid. They only had 2 towels, we did end up bringing 2 from our hotel in NYC so there should be 4 now. Bathroom tub doesn’t drain well at all. The main kitchen light didn’t work, but there is some lighting to help. We didn’t figure out the heat system until our last night, just make sure all the units are at the same setting or it will not work. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and would probably stay there again. »

« Centrally located to downtown yet quiet and charming area. The neighborhood was a bit run down in some places but safe and friendly. Walking distance to everything. Easy on and off all freeways. »

« The property was very clean and perfectly located for our activities. Dillon was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. His communication was essential for an issue we encountered - he was on it and was fantastic throughout. »

« The apartment looks cute like it does in line but the smell was awful. It smelled like someone smoked in there for twenty years and it was musty. Had to open all the windows. The smell never left. The stairs are tilted to the left so was very nervous having my 80 year old mom on them. Tried to contact the host and was never answered. Called and there was no voicemail set up. The beds were comfortable but my niece slept on the very uncomfortable couch. There was no extra linens or blankets...

« Unfortunately the heat wasn’t working properly. Ended up checking out a day early - it was too cold to spend another night. I let the host know that morning that something was wrong; I had the thermostat cranked all night. »

« Clean & cozy spot close to everything you could possibly need in Albany. It is a new property listing so there are a couple kinks being worked out still but the property owner was very attentive to making sure all needs were met. Overall was a very good experience & we would recommend staying here! We will be reaching out when we return to Albany for our future long term stays! »

« I was in town working at the hospital and this was a perfect place to stay! It was clean and super convenient. I was nervous about one of the prior comments but I found it to be completely untrue. The property was clean and the host was super available and helpful. It’s not crazy luxurious and it is an old house, but it was great value for the price and exactly what I was looking for. I will be recommending to coworkers in the area.Thanks for having me! »
