« Had a very pleasant week at “Sun and Ski” in early August! The host was very responsive, check-in was very easy, and the home was in very tidy and clean condition upon arrival. The house is well stocked with linens and other needs, including spices and kitchen-ware, coffeemakers for both ground coffee and K-cups. « We had an excellent stay at this home. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone - enough bedrooms and seats at the indoor and outdoor dining tables. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. We enjoyed the ping pong table, hot tub, and volleyball court. The view of the mountain was spectacular. The only downsides were some bugs, difficulty closing/opening the deck doors, and no direct creek access from the yard. Otherwise, no complaints! »

« Fantastic place - amazing location right on main street but it leads out back to a private yard with an amazing view of the mountains. Inside is set up with amazing places to hang out and relax. Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious for 4 adults and 1 baby. We were here for a wedding so we spent a lot of time in town rather than in the home/kitchen. The house is very conveniently located a couple blocks from the middle of the main strip (Warren St). 2 of the 3 beds were comfortable! »

« We have stayed in some lovely properties, this one included. What made this stay so special is that they shared more than a lovely, clean house. They shared their home. They had all of basics you would need, including cooking oils and spices, different options for coffee and more. They a wide variety of cookware, glassware (if you couldn't find it in the kitchen you could find it in their china cupboard), dishes and small appliances, some of which I didn't know existed. They responded faster...

« Could not have been any happier with our stay. Dans place was clean as a pin and exactly as described in the listing. There was a very minor plumbing issue that Dan made us aware of prior to arrival ( waiting on a part to repair a leaky shower) , other than that the house was in tip top shape. Having the pool was a treat after a hike @ Kaaterskill Falls. Lots of good dining options nearby ( Prospect @ Scribner next store was excellent!) . « Brought the whole family, ages 4 to 69, and it served us all well. House is beautiful and well kept. Mario was available for any questions or concerns. We enjoyed the fire pit and games every night. Kitchen was well equipped, soaking tub was a hit! »

« The home was clean and quiet with lots of privacy and nature. Exactly what we were looking for! Elizabeth let the children come to her farm and interact with the animals. We all slept well and wish we could stay longer! We plan a return! »
