« Clean. Check-in and out was done efficiently, but getting someone to the desk required finding and calling a number. The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. « The unit was spotless and communication was excellent with getting checked in. Both beds were extremely comfortable. The home was off of a main road so there is some noise, but it’s close to downtown which is convenient. »

« Excellent property. Much more spacious than pictured. A little hiccup with the door but management handled right away. Even allowed us to add another night at last minute. Very pleased »

« Our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with and the place is super cute. My only reservation is that it was pretty noisy both with traffic noise from the street nearby and also because it’s an older property, you could really hear people walking up above, a lot. But if you’re not overly sensitive to noise, it is a great deal and has wonderful walk-ability to lots of fun attractions in Greenville. »

« Excellent stay, we travel to Greenville often and usually rent at a hotel. We decided to change it up this time and rent a loft/condo. Centrally located in our favorite area, we were able to enjoy downtown and have a great, spacious place to come back to. Will rent again. »
