« Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories! »

« The condo was clean and comfortable. It is in a great neighborhood, lots of great food options very close by. Booking and checking was easy, parking available behind the unit. Getting to the historic district is easy, we walked some days and took the dash bus/trolley other days, bus stops close by. I would stay here again. »

« Great spot to stay. The entire process was so easy. The room is clean, stocked well and they even have a “guest closet” on the property in case you’ve forgotten something, or need something extra. Thoughtful with leaving cold water and coffee/tea available as well. Property management was quick to respond when we had a random fire alarm, and even had someone onsite quickly to check things over after the fire department declared it a false alarm. Would absolutely stay again. »

« Only issue is that their on site pools were closed for maintenence the whole time, however there were 2 sister properties we could use just down the road. They should make note of that. But we had a great time. »

« Very nice, small but perfect for a couple who doesn’t mind just having a place to sleep and rest. If you plan on spending a lot of time on the beach this place is perfect. »

« Great property! Very clean and worked perfectly for what we needed. A bit of a week if you were headed to marketplace area but only 10 minute walk to restaurants/bars on north end of King Street. Communication was excellent and very timely. Great experience! »

« Prime location for walking to shopping, dining, and nightlife. Downside is the road has constant traffic and is very loud. Would stay again but will bring earplugs for sleeping. »

« Clean apartment. Charming. Loved the wood floors. All necessities were great - Comfortable bed. Shower worked well and did not fluctuate in temperature. Air temp also worked well. Only used kitchen for small tasks but all worked well. Easy to communicate. I would recommend to others. Thanks for a pleasant stay. »
