« The apartment was very nice, clean and rather well kept. There were a couple small maintenance items and we had to buy paper towels, extra toilet paper, and soap but the host was very responsive and reimbursed us. The unit is very secure. Would stay here again. »

« The property is exactly as shown and described. A car is needed since it's in a quiet area of the island. The island is small and easy to drive around. Very relaxing holiday, the grounds and pool are very well maintained. »

« Responsive host accommodated our late arrival. Very clean place with a nice view and has all of the amenities you need. We loved the nice shower with nice water pressure and heat! Pretty close to Ceiba, a bit of a distance from the ferry, so make sure to rent a car or get a taxi. Gated community, and it was quiet! »

« Mary was a pleasure to work with! What an amazing host! The Villa was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The drive to find a beach and go to dinner was about 15 minutes each way. The weather was not ideal when we were there, but I’m sure it would be lovely to sit on the beach right by the Villa. We were unable to use the pool, but that was just a few steps away. The community was very, very quiet and private. Thank you, Mary for everything. »

« Travel from Nashville Tennessee for a 5 day stay, from start to finish the communication was on point. Anything missed was address within a reasonable timeframe.. If you’re thinking about getting the place, just go ahead and get it. we definitely will be staying here again in the future. There’s not much to say other than come.. come and enjoy a secluded stay. « Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city. »

« We booked a 2 bedroom with ocean vue. At 5 pm apartment was not ready. We finally checked in at 8 pm. Air con broken, a bed and coffee machine broken. We moved eventually to a more appropriate apartment next day. »
