« We stayed at this property with our adult children during a family vacation. It was clean and comfortable, and it was great to be able to stay inside the park. A couple of things we weren’t aware of (these did not impact my rating, just FYI for others). The property is around 2000 ft higher than Yosemite Valley, which means more snow in winter/spring. « We were four couple and two kids, here for a week, for a family reunion and wedding. The bedroom in the basement had private bath, walkout doors, perfect for our bride and groom. Two bedrooms on main floor had private baths. Two bedrooms with lots of beds shared a bath upstairs (great for a family with kids). « The location of this property could not be better. The neighborhood and the proximity made to stay very worthwhile. That said, the air conditioning was not working, the washer and dryers were not working, and the air hockey in the rec room was not working. Not all the windows had screens in the sliding door to the deck also had a broken screen. With temperatures up to 97°F in the day, we needed to keep as many windows and doors open at night to have a reasonable temperature and lack of screens...

« We stayed for a long weekend at this cabin and it more than met our expectations. The location, near Long Barn, was very useful for access to local skiing, and it wasn't difficult to get in or out of (just be aware that the driveway is steep and relatively short in case you have more than one vehicle). « We loved our stay in this comfortable and cozy (though roomy) cabin. The fire in the fireplace during the cold weather was so nice. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware and a charming general store was very close for coffee and supplies. Grateful for our wonderful home base for our adventures in Yosemite! »
