„Non existent customer service. No phone number that I could connect to. No sign to let me know where the property was or is. I couldn't find it so I had to leave. Wasted my entile day. Trying to get my money back. Don't waste your time too.“

„The unit was right on the main road and thus it was noisy. The unit had no water pressure to shower (humid and 35 degrees Celsius) or clean the dishes. I have notified the property manager that I will be moving after the first two nights requesting a refund for the last three days. The property manager has approved the early cancellation, but I haven’t received my refund yet.“

We also rented an ATV for the days we were there, which was perfect! Felt very safe & the pool was amazing! Close to the beach, jungles & downtown Samara. Went zip-lining, river kayaking, & fishing!
