« The place is perfectly located, beautiful mountains view with an incredible sunset watching point. It has a great proximity to Santa Elena, Monteverde and all attractions around. Communication with the host is very smooth. Yaloco Chalet is semi-glamping accomodation though (tent door in the main bedroom), it is a bit challenging to rest when you have a light sleep - quite noisy with wind and/ or rain. Other than that it was a nice 2-nights' stay. »

« This home and location is a true gem on the beaches of Potrero - the upstairs with 4 lovely rooms each with a private bath was perfect for the adults in our group. The lower level was just the right set up for the 6 younger people in our group (ages 17-22). The pool was awesome for when we needed some shade or time away from the ocean. « The location of this property is what makes this property so desirable. It is 20 steps from a wonderful grocery store and about 100 steps from two amazing coffee shops. And the beach is about a 5 - 7 min walk. Air condition worked very well. We drank the tap water and no one got sick. Some places in Costa Rica don't allow you to flush toilet paper but this property said we could and we did without any issues. I highly recommend this property. »

« We booked this property prior to knowing it would be getting a renovation and the updates to the property were absolutely stunning. Our group of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids had so much space to spread out in. The pool was great and the outdoor patio was equally wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again. »

« We had a wonderful stay, family of 5. We enjoyed the wellness walk and all of the beautiful landscaping and foliage that attracts the nature that surrounds you. Make sure you get to the 10 spot to enjoy the ancient tree. We loved having coffee on the deck around the master upstairs, watching birds of every color and type, we even saw toucan and green parrots in the tree. Has binoculars available also. Had everything we needed including bottled jugs of water when first getting to the property....

« Las Velas Blancas is an amazing gem nestled in Playa Grande! Our group had never been to this part of Costa Rica and the accommodations and location suited us perfectly.
