„When you walk into the house, you will be absolutely amazed at the view. The house has everything you need with plenty of room. On occasion howler monkeys would visit the area, actually one woke us up one morning it was so close and so vocal. We recommend Ocotal Beach. Clear and beautiful water. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of control of the jacuzzi. It is on between 5 and 10, and if you want to use it any earlier than 5, you have no control. The staff was helpful. „My friends and I go on a group trip each year. There were 13 of us (all 30+) that stayed in the house for 6 nights and it was great! We rented golf carts to get around Potrero and Flamingo. It was easy to ride the roads in the area with a golf cart. The house is in walking distance to Hemingways and a few other restaurants and markets. The gated community was perfect for our sons to venture out without us worrying about them driving to unfamiliar areas. „We( 2 adults and 5 kids from 8 months to 12 years old) had a wonderful time in the House. We especially loved the concept of the house which always gave us the feeling of being with the nature. „This home is wonderful, with lots of room to spread out and beautiful outdoor spaces that look out onto a forested valley. Veranda is perfect for spying on birds, monkeys, and iguanas through binoculars. The location worked well. „We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The outdoor space and pool area were amazing and we really enjoyed spending time there. You can’t beat the sunset views here.
