„This has been one of the best properties I’ve stayed in many years. It had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group of 11 adults in their late 20s. We hired the cook that made us breakfast two days and it was delicious. Something that was very nice to have were the golf cart, surf boards, and beach umbrellas and chairs.We will definitely come back to this property!!! “

„Villa Mila was a fantastic place to host Christmas with our grown kids! It provided the perfect place to hang out together and explore the beautiful Guanacaste area! The condo is very beautiful, with magnificent views and SO clean (thank you to wonderful housekeepers!). Hazel, the concierge, was very helpful. We especially love the beach club. One note: the beach club just raised their daily per person rates (Yowza...SO expensive for the holidays!). Just a perfect holiday!“

„We loved our visit. The beach was amazing and the water was so warm. The house needs little tender loving care, easy stuff replace light bulbs, fix fan repair slip covers on chairs.The handy man was available, but we had to call for repairs. No hot water in master bedroom shower. Little details, however the time was perfect and the local restaurants were excellent. “

„Our family of 20 had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were en suite for every room. The common spaces handled us nicely. There was plenty of room to enjoy meals together. We spent lots of time in the large, clean pool and also on the beach which is a few steps from the back door. The waves were great to play in, the beach was nice to walk on, and the surf fishing was good. This large, clean, centrally located house was perfect ...

„We had a lovely stay at Villa Encanto. It was well equipped, had a spectacular view and Alex was very attentive and helpful with any concerns we had or raised. We had 2 families of 4 and it felt very spacious and comfortable. The pool table was a great bonus to have when not out enjoying the pool and view outdoors. On property or near within visibility of the property there were monkey, birds, iguanas and an assortment bugs to boot which were both fun and took a bit of getting used to for some ...
