„This place was very cute and clean and had the view of the harbor. Unfortunately, the street leading to driveway is a steep turn and was damaging the fenders and undercarriage of my uber driver cars. Several times I had to get out at the bottom and walk up (about a 4 minute walk up)when they refused to drive which was difficult at night and with luggage. Otherwise, the place itself was very nice and safe. “

The lounge has a very comfortable sofa/bed not often found in accommodation when you just want a comfortable sofa to sit on.. „Rooms, towels, sheets are clean. Not suitable for elderly people who need to carry their luggage up the stairs to the suite. Jono is very helpful and responds quickly. I think there should be more hooks in the shower rooms. Free roadside parking just outside the apartment, from 6pm to 9am.“

„This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again.“
