« Great location and very clean, friendly staff, and room was great with kitchenette and even a washer dryer (not that we needed these things this trip). The only issues we had was the bed was to firm for my liking and no top sheet, and only 1 comfortable chair in the room means one of you have to either sit on the bed or at the dinning table. »

« A few problems arose with this property. For one, the clothes dryer was defective. Specificaly the control panel was not working properly and had apparently been damaged before. It also made the electric breaker go off, suggesting the breaker was under-powered for the dryer. It clearly needs to be serviced or replaced. Only one of the bathrooms had hand soap. « I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...

« Beautiful room with great view of the lake, church and southern alps at Lake Tepako. Very modern, well furnished, and warm for our winter stay. Very close to cafes and restaurants. We stayed two nights for our visit and Heli hike to Mt Cook. Would definitely stay again. »
