« Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows.
Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. After changing and returning, we watched him allow multiple guests in wearing open-toed sandals no dressier...

« Great property. My only negative comments are the mosquitoes outside of the dome. But we kept the opening closed. The sheets were clean but dingy. I suggest you don't use those in the future. »
