„As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. „Die Lage ist gut und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Kein eigener Strandzugang. Leider ist die Wohnung schon etwas abgewohnt. Sie könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Teppiche die überall in der Wohnung liegen, sehen schon sehr unhygienisch aus. Als wir die Besitzerin diesbezüglich angeschtieben haben, meinte sie dass eine Teppichreinigung 2 Tage nach unserer Abreise vorgesehen sei. Aber wir denken, dass es mit einer Teppichreinigung nicht erledigt ist, dass die Wohnung schon etwas verwohnt aussieht ...
