„There was no hot water and when I addressed it with the manager, he said yeah that the tank was only running at 40% capacity and that it was going to be fixed later on in the week. Didn’t offer to discount my room disappointing“

„The TV did not work in my room. In and out cable service. The attendant came to room and said he screwed a cable, it came on, but shortly after it did not work. The "continental breakfast" was poor quality. At 8:30am there was water all over the floor around the ice machine on the 3rd floor (slip and fall hazard). I reported it to the front desk person. That person looked very unconcerned. He said they would clean it up. I am concerned that there is only on way in and out of this hotel.“

„The room was not bad, beds weren’t very comfortable, but the staff accommodated my needs. Everything is pretty dated but the price point reflects that. No pool or breakfast due to construction. The toilet had a ring that led me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned/ used in a while it was some type of sediment but overall not bad for the price.“

„Our room was not the cleanest. Specifically, the bathroom behind the sink basin was not cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom in lots of places, the door handles were dirty and the wall by the bed had something gross stuck to it. Other issues were that the tub did not drain at all, and the sink drained very slowly. The TV remote was missing the back panel. But...the beds were very comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice.“

„We got there 10 minutes before check in, and they didn’t know how long before our room would be ready. They were booked solid since there was a concert in town. Our door handle was broken, we informed the staff and nothing was done. The restaurant on the rooftop was at half capacity but there was an hour wait. We were on the 8th floor, and the windows were so thin that we could actually hear car radios like we were in the car with them. I will never stay here again, this was probably the worst ...

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...
