„The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. „Absolutely stunning property inside and out. This home is a 10 out of 10 for me. The accessories were ALL there. From the outside showers to having additional beach stuff available for our use to having everything anyone could want to use in the kitchen to cook if you desire to do so. „Bohdan was so helpful, friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate us. The fenced yard was great for our dog and the house was warm, clean, and cozy (but not at all small) for our New Years trip.
