I REALLY want to give this property 5 stars. The property and location were great. The yard was well maintained and we used the patio every day. The ample parking was great as we had 3 cars and trailered a boat for our stay. The road was a little busy, but because of the location, drivers slowed down as they passed the house.We loved the house and cottage and thought they were nicely decorated. We did have to leave one family member behind as the staircases were rather steep and not ideal for someone with balance issues. My 77 year old mother had to sleep on a couch so she could have overnight access to a bathroom on the same floor. This was the biggest downfall of the property, aside from one of the bathrooms (the only one on the same floor as the sleeping quarters, where the door did not close.The kitchen was nicely equipped and we spent hours around the dining table eating and playing games. The A/C was just what we needed as we stayed during a very hot week. Access to the beach was easy with a 20 visitor parking fee. The property included beach chairs that were practically new, comfortable and easy to transport.Check in and out was straight forward. Trash was confusing as we knew the pickup days, but we're not sure whether to bring it to the end of the driveway or not.
